Casa Clara is situated amongst the orange groves in Oliva Playa, next to Oliva Nova Golf.

Just 3 minutes walk from the beach and many very fine restaurants and bars. It is in a rural position, not overlooked in any way, with fantastic views in all directions. Casa Clara is detached on a 1/2 acre site and consists of the main villa (4 bedrooms) with an adjacent self contained 1 bedroom bungalow The lounge faces the road and open land, it is L-shaped, a lot of glass with large sliding windows at every angle. A large cream marble fireplace with an inset convector heated, wood burning, glass door, stove that provides background heating for the whole house in winter. Two of the four bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool area. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and shower. A second and third bedroom is also on the ground floor, as is the kitchen and the floor to ceiling patio doored sun lounge which also leads to the pool area. The fourth bedroom is the only upstairs room, leading up from a small breakfast room, giving access to the roof terrace.

All rooms have wonderful outlooks of a mature, well stocked, large garden and pool. The pool is very large, fully tiled in blue and white and very private. Casa Clara was built in 1964 and was completely refurbished in 2006 to a very high standard, sparing no expense.

The Villa sleeps 8 people; 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. The Bungalow sleeps 4 with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. In total 12 people from £500 per week

It is possible in the low season to rent the villa or bungalow alone, by the week or for long lets, by the month

Notes on prices

Prices are per week in UK Pounds.
Long winter lets will be considered at £1000 per month.

25% is due to secure the booking, with the balance and £250 damage deposit due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
If the holiday is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount + the damage deposit is due immediately.
